Lucy Kent

Hi everyone, I'm Lucy. I am a young poet in her early twenties from Britain. More specifically, I split my time between Nottingham and York, I'm quite new to writing poetry. I only started due to a poetry event run by the Literature society at my university. Since then I can't stop writing. My biggest inspirations are Arlo Parks, Seamus Heaney and Owen Sheers for poetry and I adore Khaled Hossinni and Philip Pullman novels. My hobbies are Music and Dance and these often inform the way I write, with my style being less about rigid structure and focus on fluidity.
