Ross Roberts
From Austin, left at 17 (Middle Eastern Studies, DC), spent a couple years in the Middle East (Damascus+Beirut), returned to the US for a year (Masters of Finance, St. Louis), moved to Kenya for seven (Bungoma, Nairobi, One Acre Fund), snuck into Madrid for one (covid, remote), survived in Copenhagen for two and a half (finance, tech, cold), and now reside in Mexico City where I'm focused on art, poetry, and fiction.
I'm fascinated by the worlds we each create through our perceptions. You read something. I read something. Now, you, me, and the author have created three different worlds. I find such beauty in these fragile worlds.
Recent novels I have enjoyed: Zero at the Bone by Christian Wiman, Pale Fire by Vladimir Nabokov, and Love Me Tender by Constance Debre.
